Given the fact that Tennessee football trolls are likely to make their way over here tonight by accident given how dumb and slow they are, let’s remind them of just how terrible their basketball program is.

Tennessee has had a basketball program every single year the final four has existed, and has less final fours than George Mason, Loyola Chicago, Auburn, Wyoming, St. Bonaventure, SMU, La Salle, and numerous other one hit irrelevant wonders.

Coach Cal has more SEC Tournament titles then UT has as a program all time, including the fact that UT has only won it once since the 1970’s.

Additionally, the athletics program as a whole has not done anything noteworthy university wide outside of women’s basketball for 25 years.

Their impotence in men’s basketball is actually remarkable. Please, everyone leave your favorite Tennessee basketball memory below. There are so many.

My favorite memory is Jodie Meeks dropping 54 on them, what about you all?

Just funny they even do, like how small of a person do you have to be to do that. I can count on both hands the number of times I’ve been to rivals sites and it’s usually because someone linked a funny thread. The number of times I’ve posted on them is 0.

In 2010, Kentucky lost a heartbreaking game and finished the season in disappointment in the Elite Eight -- one of 38 times that Cats have been at least that far, on the way to 17 Final Fours and 8 National Championships. The disappointment of 2010 was somewhat erased by a national championship and four Final Fours in the next five years.

That same year of 2010 Tennessee made the Elite Eight -- a moment of wild celebration that still stands as by far the greatest accomplishment in the history of the men's basketball program, commemorated with a banner in their arena, and never surpassed or even equaled to this day.

That's about as clear a comparison of the programs as possible.
