This helps because when houston is talked about as a one seed temple will come up. So when it comes up on our resume paired with us missing 2 starters it wont hurt as much

Well if it helps, Temple went up 16 in Ken Pom 129 to 113 and 18 in T-rank went from 115 to 97. The NET jump is going to be big with this win, they might near 100, 143 before this win.

The amazing aspect of the Temple win is that they failed to make a basket for the last seven minutes of the game.

This win was in Houston too. Amazing win for Temple and makes our loss to them at a neutral site far less harmful to our perception with the committee.

If you told any basketball fan, pundit or casual observer that Temple wouldn't score a basket on the road at no # 1 Houston with over 7 + minutes remaining only up a few points and would still win the game........................they'd be willing to pull every dollar out of their pocket to bet you they couldn't win in that scenario................... I sure as hell would of......................that's why gambling is so damn hard lol:))
