If you look at the history of the series the games have been really close with the exception of when one team is really bad and two years when Michigan thumped a good Penn State team. only times they've ever beaten Michigan by more than 10 was during Rich Rods 1st two years when Michigan was below .500. When both teams are good, or even decent, it has always been either tight or Michigan has blown them out. Thus, whille i think PSU wins this game i wouldn't put money on a sixteen point spread since PSU has NEVER beaten an above .500 Michigan team by more than 10...got it?
