UK 5-5, UT 5-5, Missouri 5-5, MSU 4-6

So we have the hardest row to hoe. There are 11 Bowl opportunities counting the playoffs, 12 if 2 SEC teams get in.

The perceived bottom 2 bowls in the pecking order are Independence-Shreveport, and Birmingham. One or both are not going to be filled by the SEC. IF we qualify with only one team making the a Playoff, which of those 2 gets the SEC pick?

I know I would prefer Birmingham for 2 reasons.

A whole lot more to do there than Shreveport/Bossier.

And with the Independence being on Dec 26, nothing will be open on Christmas night, for any type of entertainment except the Casinos and they suck for entertainment.

So we need some SEC teams above us to lose out to give fewer teams for the Tier 1 Bowls.

Recheck your math. There aren’t going to be 11 SEC teams eligible for a bowl, and neither Birmingham nor Shreveport will be options.

My bad. There can only be 10. So, IF we were to find a way to score more than Ole Miss, even though Tier 1 Bowls, Gator, Belk, Music City, Liberty, and Texas are all equal, which of these Bottom 5 would the last team to get qualified likely play?

Liberty or Texas?
