Unsure how I feel about Key? Was he actually hurt or were the coaches just backing him off to save him from getting seriously injured?
If he was already hurt, not sure how he will hold up in the Big Ten.

His prior football was in the SEC. Last time I checked, they weren’t playing touch football.
It was earlier in the fall practices that he was held out.
Appears he made a catch in all but 1 regular season game the last 2 years combined. I think he’ll hold up fine. That's against Georgia x 2, Texas, Bama, Florida....
Key averaged 3.3 catches per game over 3 seasons. Stanley Morgan averaged 3.2 in his first three seasons.
Not from my rectum, but a college football stats website. Just clarifying that he did indeed consistently make more than one catch in a game. He’s played in a lot of football games over three years, so it seems that he does have general durability.
3 out 6 are from the secondary. I take that as a good sign. The D-Line has a lot of talent but inexperienced. If the secondary can be great we can get a lot of coverage pressure.

Key is odd but it makes sense. who else on offense would it be? Bonner maybe but how much PT will he actually get. You want the cap playing. Everyone else is young. and RB is a rare spot now of days for a captain.

Bonner is a guy that can be useful in the short passing game but is also a guy who can effectively block. From the sounds of it, he has embraced more physical play and that matches what he has to offer physically. He will play more than last year.
I get it. NU had been bad for along time. But sheesh I have never seen Husker fans so whiny and bitchy a mere days before the season starts.
Pointing out that he seems to have played in all but 1 game over 2 years, against some high caliber teams loaded with NFL players. Durability hasn't been an issue in the SEC, doubt it will in the Big 10.
I have no idea how good he is, I don't watch Kentucky.
