Rhule said just a couple days ago they were still waiting. While that seems unfair, remember he is looking for an exception to the transfer policy and it sounds like getting an exception these days truly requires “exceptional” circumstances for transferring twice or more. I would think his chances aren’t good based on the decision taking so long.
Again, Nebraska did not even submit the necessary paperwork to the NCAA until a week or 2 after spring practice ended. Maybe they needed more documentation from Georgia or LSU.
Going to be very interesting to see what happens here...I am not as optimistic as others he will be eligible this year.
Sure they would. He left there for a reason. If it was a mental health issue, they would be able to comment on his mental situation while on their roster.
It’s unfortunate that they’re doing a 180 after being so liberal with transfers. Seems purely political to me, just as everything else involved with the NCAA.

Actually he just needs to claim he was the victim of racial discrimination. That's the one surefire way to get an immediate exemption.
They know he didn't play at Iowa or Northwestern though, that may hurt his chances.

Nebraska tight end Arik Gilbert was arrested without incident shortly before 2 a.m. this morning at SJ's Liquor and Vape Shop in Lincoln. He was apprehended by officers while carrying a bag that contained $1,672 in vape products, Delta 8, cigars and lighters.
Didn't think of it that way. What a maroon. Some people just like to break rules and cause havoc.
We used to have some pop machines. Once in a while we'd find a slug in with the change. My brother remarked that it took some work to make a slug that would be accepted as a quarter, width and thickness.
So why not just use a coin? It would veritibly be a cheaper exercise, less work.
