Had to laugh at him throwing the PSU hat down. PSU fans are pissed. He may not ever play at Nebraska but PSU fans won't get over that hat throw. Especially being FROM Pennsylvania. Would the coaches take it personal as well?? Who knows.
I laugh but I'm sure if the shoes were reversed and this was a top 100 WR from Nebraska who had visited us 17 times AND took his commitment video to basically clown Nebraska I don't think our fans would ever let it go either.
Even if he wanted to come back I could see them saying F HIM we don't want him anymore lol Of course I'd be in minority (imagine that ) lol. If he could help us win and wanted N I get over it really quick.
What say you Husker fans ? If we were PSU in THIS situation how many of y'all would welcome him back? Who would tell him to kick rocks ??

Kamauri Whitfield, the DB from Florida, committed to the Gators today. He chose Florida over Nebraska and Oregon.
I just watched it.... Shrug.... I agree I'd probably be like 'later man, don't come back" but definitely not mad at the kid. He's what, 18? He thought he was being funny and it's part of sports in my mind.
As an old guy, obviously I wouldn't do it or recommend it. But I don't think it's a huge deal - enough to piss off fans? of course!

Absolutely. I wouldn’t post about it or come at the recruit but I’d file that one away as a Nebraska fan. I like a good redemption story but that has limits for me even though there’s no loyalty in football anymore
I think I'm more talking about the fans. ESPECIALLY our sensitive assed fans. I think it's a bit different from the fans perspective than a coaches .
If we are talking a Tommie Frazier for sure I think our coaches would welcome him. But I think there is a huge part of our IN STATE fan base who wouldn't except him or want him back. Jmo...
