Because the NCAA uses a sliding scale based off of entrance exam scores and GPA he may not be a full qualifier. At least that is what I am getting out of the people who keep posting that grades are an issue. I don't believe any of the B1G schools accept partial qualifiers. Kid would have to probably go somewhere like New Mexico or Baylor. I know New Mexico accepts partial qualifiers
