That was a long drive home lol. I was so dejected but they definitely whooped us first time in a while I've seen tarboro get shredded that bad defensively

A video was posted on the tarboro football Facebook page of a Northampton county fan saying they're going to come to tarboro and take it over. I have a feeling that'll come back to bite them
When folks make statements like that against us, it typically doesn’t end well
I like their confidence lol but I agree with you. Usually when they say that it goes from dream to nightmare lol

I was able to rewind. It was the RB. Nice job getting the first down but didn’t stick the landing. Tough break for that young man.

I'll give them credit they've impressed me. Tarboro should run up tempo NASCAR offense more they really started moving the ball effectively
That’s a plan most teams should utilize against Tarboro. Just eat as much clock as you can and take care of the ball. The faster you let Tarboro play, the worse off it gets.
I’ve been to just about every Tarboro football game since 2008 and I don’t remember us playing a team that had as much size as Northampton had all across the board.

Hope #9 for us is okay. I saw him grabbing his hand a little bit. That kid is a monster. He’s everywhere on defense. I’ve enjoyed watching him play this year.
He looked pretty good at the end of the game. My favorite play of the night had to be the touchdown Tobias scored to go up 6-0. Before that play one of the Northampton players was jawing with number 60 from tarboro. And the very next play number 60 pushed him way to the side with an excellent block and Tobias took off right up the middle
.X-Ray shows a slight fracture, he has to follow with an orthopedic Dr next week. Hats of to the Vikings, bring it home to the East again.

Nope lol. I'll give them credit though they played hard but they were extremely dirty I lost count how many times there should have been a flag thrown.

First few rounds we looked really good. Defense looked good tonight, the O bad it’s moments. Either way, going forward we need to step it up if we are going to capture another title.
I watched this game on NFHS since I am out of town. I noticed the size of Northampton as well. The QB looked big and quick - tough to tackle. If you take a look at Penders roster I believe they have a lot of height on their team. I would love to see their game tonight against Northside to get a feel for them but it is not on NFHS.
