Wednesday night games are always weird ones. We need to stay on task.
Auburn fan here. TAM will get slaughtered. Last second win against uga and barely beating mizzou has kept them undefeated in SEC. They aren’t good though. The fans can look ahead. I’ve always been bothered when we’d look ahead to someone like LSU in football and there’s always that one guy that goes “Uhh, we (the fans) need to get our heads in the game and focus on Never Heard Of Us Technical College.” UK’s matchup with TAM is pretty much the same. Let the players play but there’s no need to analyze the game ahead of time as fans when you can spend a week talking about THE matchup

TAMU is losing by 40, everyone is excited about Auburn because winning there has multiple storylines for us.
It puts us in the driver seat of a 1 seed, we beat sweaty boy Brucie, and we locked down potential number one pick.
Auburn fans on this board will also come crashing down to Earth as they realize they have a bottom half of the SEC football team, and a little brother in the SEC basketball team.

On paper we should win easily but if people dont think TAM is gonna be ready then its foolish.We will have our hands full.Im hoping for a win but it's their Super Bowl and T shirt night.Bring it Cats,this TAM team is no joke.

TAMU is a good team. Honestly I worry more about this game then AU as we will be up and ready to play #2 I hope the players aren't like the fans and looking towards Saturday or there will be a court storming .

Beat UGA by 2 and Mizzou by 3. UK is beating everyone by double digits. I’ll bet they aren’t better than UNC or UT.
UK better be on their A game - TAMU shoots the three very well and has a quick, scrambling team. They play with energy and are well coached. No looking ahead - Cats need to stay absolutely focused. GBB!
We have AU on the road Saturday and if there is ever a game that could be considered a trap game it's A&M tomorrow night.
If we are being honest, if we don't play well tomorrow night, we are going to blame it on looking ahead whether that had anything to do with it or not.
I think it's important for the players not to overlook TAM.
I don't think what fans post about on a message board affects anything.

They have a pretty record, but you know how people talk about our weak SOS? TAMU's is worse.

I have a set of blue balls that I had on my truck for years. Wife drove from Tn to Michigan and was waved and honked at the whole way. Didn’t find out till a week later.
Any UK fan that's overlooking tomorrow night's game, hasn't been paying attention. It's a road game (always tough), it's a SEC game (worst officials in the country), it's the best shooting team in the conference, and it's right before the biggest game of the season (trap game).
Regardless of their wins or win margin, They will be fired up. That means an emotional atmosphere. The young guys need to know what’s coming and to clamp down the defense earthly to generate some easy baskets to get the crowd and emotion out of it.
I was leaving for Florida the next morning and guys at work put a “ I love big hairy men” sticker over my license plate . Had lots of people blow and wave . Finally an Alabama state policeman pulled me over and said “ I think someone has played a joke on you “ . He thought it was funny.
It is interesting because LSU could lose again at a desperate Bama this week. The SEC is so brutal but awesome at the same time as far as great matchups.
UK should win tomorrow, but who knows. We have only played 1 road game at full strength and Mintz was coming off MONO (not even sure if we had our whole team for ND as I am trying to pretend it didn't happen lol)...and then LSU Wheeler and Tyty went down. If we have our whole team for 40 minutes, I can see a 8-12 point win.
Not bashing anyone - but I just don’t get the hitch balls? One of weirdest things I’ve ever seen placed on an automobile. When I see it I cringe.
If we continue to hit shots and move the ball, we should be fine. A&M will muddy the game up and create some issues driving the ball, but that can be rectified by hitting our jump shots.
It's going to be a tough game. A&M will be fired up. It's T-shirt night (of course). A&M is 15-2, not a great team, but definitely a good one. And as always, road games are hard.
