Umpiring Little League tomorrow so I'll miss the game. Bring me a W, my friends.
Unfortunately so will they with what we have left. Either way we're no longer a national seed. We had to sweep.
We lost the national seed getting swept back to back weekends at home. We've got 2 starters (on paper) ready to go tomorrow, they have exhausted their best arms. Which, yes, may not mean a thing.
McPherson will get two innings. The rest of those guys will get their **** shoved in.
We were really only a national seed for a few days after the Ole Miss sweep. We've settled into what we are. Now, maybe we can get hot.
Burns is going to be needed, possibly for multiple innings.
If there’s a silver lining it’s that A&M used 100% of their remaining competent arms tonight. Now I won’t be shocked if they try to bring Freshcorn back for an inning or something like that. But there is no good excuse for us to not hit well again tomorrow. Their pitching is absolutely spent.

What is Burns's background? Hometown says Regina, Saskatchewan. I've always thought he was Canadian, but it does show him playing HS in Texas.
