I don't find it encouraging that Collins said something along the lines of "If your teammates aren't getting it done, then you should try to do it all by yourself."

Maybe run an offense that has options to take advantage of your mismatches?
"Same crap no matter who we're playing" is not going to cut it.

Defensively, Nicholson's presence inside shut down everything, so we could aggressively defend the perimeter.
