Feel free to stop by. Front row of the blue lot (walk into the lot off of the boardwalk and make a left until you hit the first row of cars make a right and we’re about four or five cars in on the left) between a couple of trees with a U-Haul van.Friendly greetings from a Hawkeye. We're flying in for the game, first time @ Rutgers. Have had a couple of RU fans stop by our board with advice.
Would appreciate any tips to have a great game day experience. We'll be in early enough to explore a little around the area so any off-campus suggestions as well?
Thanks! Looking forward to a good game.
SALMON??! For the love of God cook that **** before anyone else gets there lolol!Shít, gotta set up the anti-RUTGERS95 barricade tomorrow!
Who should I ask for? Also, what's the alcohol situation near the stadium? Anything available on the boardwalk? Any pubs walking distance? Can we carry in our own to tailgate. (we'll be taking Uber from our hotel).Feel free to stop by. Dean, Chris, Bryan, Meg, Griff… bars are on the other side of the river. The New Brunswick part of campus. Our tailgate is a five minute walk to stadium entrance max. You can definitely bring your own alcohol and you can walk around with alcohol drinking it anywhere near the stadium so long as you’re of age. If you can fit your tailgate in an Uber, then absolutely! You can actually pick the lot you’re going to (based on color) when requesting an Uber from downtown New Brunswick.Who should I ask for? There's a beer garden in Athlete's Glen, which is across from the scarlet walk, 1st game statue, and front of the stadium North gate.Who should I ask for? Sid was great (and a little scary until u got to know him.). He asked me to see him during office hours once. I was like "oh $h!+."I had a few required classes that were only offered Friday afternoon. RIP Sid Simon.

Thanks guys! Really appreciate it. Maryland and Rutgers are the only B1G stadiums I haven't visited. (outside of the new West. Though I did play in the Rose Bowl) Looking forward to itThere's a beer garden in Athlete's Glen, which is across from the scarlet walk, 1st game statue, and front of the stadium North gate.

Hey Ahole, and I mean that in all due respect, if you find yourself near the Greek Church which is very close to the stadium, stop by the Patio spots 8 and 9. Ask for Joe or Bob. Would love to talk some Iowa football as Rutgers fans. We will set up around 3 (my wife can’t get out any earlier than 2:45) and plan on being in the stadium by about 7:45. Welcome to NJ.Friendly greetings from a Hawkeye. We're flying in for the game, first time @ Rutgers. Have had a couple of RU fans stop by our board with advice.

I'll be starting early with some scotch in my work from home office (soon). We'll have to wait for my daughter to finish school but will then head straight to Victoria's in NB. It's her birthday weekend so figured to take her out for that. I'll be happy with my chicken francese dinner and will likely put back some sangiovese. I'm hoping to get to my parking spot by 6:45 so we have ample time to get to the stadium early.
So pumped for this game. Let's be there early and be very loud. I wish our fanbase could match our student's level of pride. What's extra nice is my daughter being super excited about this game too. That makes me so proud![]()
Engineers...as in the ones who were in our parking spaces at 1 pm.Hard to avoid sometimes - the real question is who actually goes to Friday classes...
