OK boys and girls, last home game and time to bring out the big guns.

10 hr slow roasted pit pig
The Famous Blue Lot Clam bar with over 900 Clams Oysters Shrimp and Mussels done about 5 different ways. Steamed, 1/2 shell, Fra Diavlo, White wine with shallots and chorizo and roasted
Jambalaya
Beef and chicken kabobs
Fresh cut fries
Loaded potato skins
Bacon macaroni cheese balls
spicy pork and chicken potstickers
Sweet and spicy slaw
Buffalo and honey garlic wings
6 foot sub
Full bar and the Shot Ski will be out in full force

Doing "Mini Thanksgiving" theme with the tailgates on either side of us in Black lot... cooking up about 30 mini turkeys (Cornish hens) with all the fixings!!

Team in transition. 1 half-decent tailgate all year long. Don't expect anything special this Saturday, unfortunately, but will be at Ed's "Purple Lot Chili Cook-Off" for sure!

4. Bourbon Honey Brown Sugar Glazed Carrots
5. Homemade Cranberry Sauce with Champagne Orange Glaze
6. Homemade Gravy
7. Fresh Baked Bread

Should feed about 15-20 we think

Scarlet lot by 2. Steaks, beans, wings, etc. Too much to list as everyone is bringing there favorite dish. Flood lights on top of the rv for Elvis at 5:30.

We're having Greek food and steaks in the black lot. We were treated great at Penn state last year and would not mind at all if some visitors stop by .

We have a big group coming this week. A couple psu fans:angry:. But they're not the usual douche's like you find on here. One of them is getting all the Seafood, he owns a fishing boat down here in Pt. Pleasant.

Steamers(I've been clamoring for these all year)
Bottle neck clams in white wine and garlic
Sea Scallops marinated in ginger teriyaki and grilled
Homemade Macaroni and cheese 4 different types of cheese
Korean Barbequed Beef
Buffalo wings done in the fryer then grilled

Not to fancy. Main dish will be Bambi burgers on the grill. Also a meat/cheese/pasta salad. And setting up the electric football board to play RU vs Penn State.

Sorry, pancetta. WTF do I know since I don't do the cooking, this particular dish is from Barth's in New Providence and its absolutely delicious.

I think he did actually mean porchetta....I don't have a generator otherwise I'd rotisserie for 2-3 hrs as I do at home....am curious about his plan. that's not an especially tailgate - friendly dish.

Oh..now I see his response...nevermind.
