Also, I always get the idea that a person's 2nd chance at being a head coach after being busted down will be better. Opportunity to learn from one's mistakes in previous jobs. (And there has to be a gap between HC gigs...not like Wojcik getting canned here and immediately going to CofC. I think Steve Robinson could be a successful head coach again somewhere after spending more time next to Roy at UNC.
