Who is comparable to Michigan & Penn State? Clemson is top dog, but the rest of the ACC falls off quick...

I think you can make the case that Clemson's is easier. With each being in the same division, Syracuse plays Duke and Pitt from the other division while Clemson plays North Carolina and Georgia Tech. Syracuse played one ranked team (Clemson) and Clemson played one ranked team (Texas A&M). Clemson has the end of season rivalry with South Carolina, but they are 0 for FBS thus far with Kentucky, Georgia, and Florida next. Lose this week and USC probably goes to Knoxville with a 1-6 record.

Also helps in ACC you have 4 OOC games. Win 3 and halfway to a bowl game.

They also don't have a restriction on FCS opponents as the B1G does. Clemson is the only reason why the media isn't suggesting dropping the ACC from the P5 to make it the P4.

Kind of hard to drop a Conference which in the last 6 year has won 3 Football National Championships and 3 Basketball National Championships.

HAIL TO PITT!!!!

Two of the three championships were won by Clemson while the other was Florida State, who has fallen off the map. Basketball National Championships are irrelevant to football, which doesn't have a concept of "Power 5 Conferences" as football does.

Now your wrong because Clemson walks into the playoff with the cleanest jersey of everybody. They played you in the ACC championship. That tells it all while we had to play UGA, LSU, and Oklahoma to lose to your well rested *** Conference champion.

Helps us too. I think your conference is foolish for playing 9 games. It doesn’t help anybody in that conference.
It was something the Playoff Committee was going to look at as part of their selection criteria, which they immediately ignored.

The don’t look at that lol. If OSU didn’t play Iowa, Purdue in the last 2 seasons, they would’ve made the playoffs.

Syracuse is another weak northeastern football team. The northeast needs to get its act together in football.

I’m a Syracuse fan .. and also Rutgers fan (I’ll be there next week at Rutgers Stadium), but I’m not a hypocrite. I roundly criticized Rutgers for scheduling Monmouth, and I still will. Syracuse should be utterly embarrassed to schedule this joke of a game against Holy Cross. I wouldn’t attend this travesty if there were free tickets and free food ... free beer, and I’d find a way to tolerate it.

Games against teams like Monmouth and Holy Cross should not be allowed. I think Big 10 commissioner agrees with me.

The sad thing is if we had actually improved like Ash bragged about we would be primed this year for success. Our schedule is about as weak as it will ever get in this conference. UMass, BC, Liberty, Maryland, Indiana, Illinois, Minnesota are all games any team should be competitive in. MSU is down. Michigan is down. Oh well, doesn't matter because we suck giant potatoes.
