And if they ran twice for no gain and passed incomplete on 3rd down, Frost would have been bagged on for going into a shell. I didn't have a problem with the call. It was a wiffed block away from being a big gain.

that was pretty bad...but the offense seems to be trying in this game, still a half left

EXTREMELY risky play call and the roll came up snake eyes.

Any pass from a qb standing in his end zone to his teammate who is also in the end zone is a bad idea.

It was risky and I didn’t like the call. That said, I think Frost was trying to catch them in a blitz in an attempt to stop the run. Get the ball to Mo quickly on the outside vs a team blitzing up the middle...that has potential to be a big play. So I understand what he was trying to do, but it was risky and blew up in our face.

didn't we just see a 96yd flea flicker TD last week?

I don't mind the call, but then, I haven't been sunday morning QB'ing Coach Frost on any of his offensive decisions, so par for the course.

It was an aggressive call that was executed poorly. Could have easily went 99 yards too.

It was a good call when it worked against CU, a bad call when it didn’t against NIU. Why doesn't he always just call the plays that work? Right?

Some will ***** and moan either way unless it’s a gain...

And if it works its BRILLIANT.

Hindsight.....

If the players execute like they're supposed to then it's a big gain and a good call. Had it worked, we'd be praising him on a gutsy call.

I hated that Frost told everybody not to block. Don’t know what he was thinking there.

All gas, no brakes. Or something like that. No fear of failure. etc.

If Allen made his block, it would have been a glorious touchdown. HC Frost believes in his players. I like it.

I hated it at the time. I watched it again.

Best 2 points ever spent imo. So what if it didn't work against NIU? Now its on tape, and every opponent from here on out knows that Frost might not play it safe on the goal line, and will make DC's have to play sideline to sideline, and think twice about sending the blitz.

I'm not sure football works that way.
