would be great to get 3 Big 10 in the Elite 8, guaranteed we get one. I know others will disagree but I root for all the Big 10 schools in the tourney

Purdue SHOULD be able to take care of Texas but their ability to underperform in big spots is always in the back of everyones minds

Would really like to see Illinois finally take it to another level and make the elite 8 but will the shots fall tonight

Despite the seeding differential, Nebraska/Iowa really is a tossup given the makeup of their teams and they split the series this year.

Arizona is the better team than Arkansas but do not underestimate Calipari in this spot

Ill call Purdue, Nebraska, Arizona, and Illinois moving on to the Elite 8

truly have an elite lineups of Sweet 16 games tonight and tomorrow

I definitely think Nebraska or Iowa will make the next round. I understand that there is a huge rivalry between these teams so this should be a hard fought game!

Michigan should be favored over Alabama and Purdue should be favored over Texas, while Michigan State and Illinois have tougher matchups. My one expectation is that the games will be close and well coached.

Iowa made it here with two below average games from Stirtz. Have the feeling he goes off tonight.

Arizona gets so many easy shots around the rim, they don’t even need to play defense. Unless someone goes crazy shooting 3s, don’t see them losing, or even having much trouble going forward.

Have me worried about my Michigan pick in my pool. Was impressed w Illinois size and ball movement, they've improved quite a bit.

And the IL defense was stellar as well. A complete game on both ends. They made a good Houston team look almost inept.

Will be interesting to see if they can sustain it going forward, or if it was more a case of being a good matchup for them.

This makes me happy since I picked Arizona to win the natty in my bracket!

Familiarity bred contempt for me. I went very anti-Big 10 with my bracket and as a result, I'm hovering around last place in every one of my pools. Since I'm toast anyway, we may as well get all 5 of them in the elite 8.

Go teams from Michigan!
