That 2 was pointless.

You need 3 lol. Several of them lol
Haha yep. Bonner was even flapping his gums about Alabama wasting the previous possession by trying a 3. The obvious fallacy is that it's assumed the two point shot is a sure thing, but you are down by 7 points with little time left. If you foul UCLA and they go down and make 2 free throws, you've gained a point. You aren't guaranteed to make the 2 and there is a chance you net zero if they make both free throws.

Well the good news is Michigan should throttle UCLA.

Never like to assume anything with this tournament, but UCLA will need to be better on Tuesday.

11-25 at the FT line. Pathetic. UCLA should be the tired team.

They probably are tired, and they gave Bama every opportunity to win it, but Bama just couldn't take it from them with all the missed free throws and poor shots they were taking in general. Thought they settled for too many threes at times when they were having success going to the rim.

It seems to me that whenever announcers use the line "you don't need a 3" you almost certainly need a 3 haha

Next game would have been the end of the road even if Bama had of won tonight. They are in unfamiliar territory and it showed. Tonight was a fine time to miss free throws, to much one on one for Bama tonight.

Loses 5 seniors I think.

Bruner, Petty, Jones, and Reese are are all gone and they played over 15 minutes a game.

They return Quinerly, Shackelford, Ellis, and Primo out of their main 7 man rotation, assuming no early entry or transfers, and they add 5 star JD Davison. Their backcourt should be pretty good.

They get an extra year due to covid though, no? if they wanted to return...

There is only one team east of the Mississippi still alive. I'm not rooting for them but it would be damn funny if Michigan won the title. Seven of the elite eight are from west of the Mississippi and the team from the east still wins.

One thing is for certain, the Pac-12 will lose this one. The West is clearly the best this year.

Ya’ll still want Nate Oats???

Getting to the Elite Eight by beating a 15, 10 and 11 seed is so difficult!

😂😂😂😂
You never did say later in the game how my prediction that UCLA wouldn't choke at the foul line and Alabama would turned out.
