just my opinion, from the outside looking in it seems like the Southwest program lost its identity and all excitement after the Cobb’s left. That post-Cobb era hire was extremely important and I think the administration whiffed on it.

Raymond had that program in a strong place and his son did good keeping it going, but then the next coach basically changed everything and the program just hasn’t recovered.
