I am fine with a 6-3 SCOTUS as long as they act with honor with regards to the law and the constitution.
I guess that depends upon what ones views and politics are. It looks like the so much feared "Trumper Justices" nonsense never materialized.

I am fine with a 6-3 SCOTUS as long as they act with honor with regards to the law and the constitution. This week has proved my confort with this.

We will see what happens in the long game....the longer MAGA and Trump is around, the worse it is for the GOP and their power moving forward....
I told you a month ago that all that needs done is to just let this play out and not care about it. This isn’t a short game strategy, this is to embolden the base and further drive the wedge, a wedge which is needed in order to fight the socialist movement. Make no mistake, it’ll be the socialists, in 2 or 4 years that will make the mistake. We can wait, they require instant gratification.

Biden won’t be allowed to manage to the middle. Harris will not have a desire to. Wedge goes deeper. You all lose in the end.

You guys are too worried about the boogeyman......Biden will manage from the middle, a majority of his cabinet picks show his intention to start......I think Harris may surprise people, ascending to the top changes a persons view and the smart ones understand that the vast majority of this country is middle-right.......

If the Dems are smart and they keep the progressive wing in check, based on the damage that MAGA has done to the party, it may be 12-16 years before you see another GOP President.....

I find it comical that you accuse us as seeing boogeymen, when the left’s only strategy of keeping power is to in fact make us boogeymen. Real quick, tell me the last GOP Presidential candidate that wasn’t accused of being a racist, a misogynist, a war monger? Are you even old enough to remember? Rinse repeat. Mid terms will be illegals and healthcare. Next presidential race will be racism again. Rinse repeat.

At some point, the African American community will wise up. I suspect that the shine is wearing off, more and more. Unless Biden goes all out, the left will lose more. If Harris takes over and doesn’t deliver reparations, it’ll be the second black President to turn their back on the black community. More will leave.

Again, this is a long game for us. The left needs instant gratification. We can wait. The radical left is one major disappointment/letdown, away from open conflict. We would’ve seen it after this election had Trump won. We’ll let them fire the first shot. We’ll fire the final shot.

It's a little early to make that call. This particular case was a total softball legally for them. It was a nonsense lawsuit, just like nearly every one of the post-election lawsuits brought by the Trump "let's try to steal the election" team.

People feared everything he did. How much of that fear materialized? The hatred of the guy was always misplaced. The left and trump haters were led by fear the whole time and now they are stuck with what they were told they wanted.

It was a baseless lawsuit.....but......it was an opportunity for the Trumper Justices to rule in favor of Trump.....That is all we heard from Dem alarmists during the ACB nomination process.

Did the left cheat? Of course they did. It really isn't even that big of a secret. Mail-in balloting was the answer. Could you find the evidence? Yes... but it would take months and neither side is interested in that.

All that matters is the Trump is gone. He had to be removed and he was.

If there is one thing the government fears most it is popular support. Both sides. This is the reason for the creation of the electoral college in the first place - to help prevent a Donald Trump with tons of popular support from ever getting into office in the first place.

That's why Biden was the nominee. He was the only one that the people could accept as having "beaten" Trump. They knew they couldn't rig up enough "support" for Bolshevik Bernie or Pocahontas - that would be too unbelievable.

The Dems and the Republicans can work together. But not with Trump at the helm. Now, it will be back to business as usual.
Huh? Trump hasn’t won the popular vote yet. The electoral college is there to prevent him? Think you have that backwards.

I think it is going nowhere but just pointing out that in no court ruling that I have seen has the actual case been judged. Every case is tossed on a technicality which are legit.

It never ends with you all. The time has come and gone for the Repubs to put up or shut up and they had nothing. Nothing but lies about election fraud. It was all theatre and everyone with any sense at all knows that. It's ok to stop lying now. It's over.

It's very doubtful that a Republican can win the popular vote anytime in the foreseeable future. It could only happen if the Dems keep going further left and the media finds a Repub that they deem acceptable.......which is doubtful.

With all due respect......your party worries plenty about boogeymen. I do agree with your comments about Biden and Harris.....AOC and that gang are outliers. If Biden/Harris govern more far left.....you will lose in 2022 and 2024.

Numerous lower court cases allowed the presentation of affidavits and whatever evidence the plaintiffs could provide. In each one of those, the judges threw the case out for lack of credible evidence. Neither social media posts, sham affidavits, conspiracy theories, nor videos taken out of proper context count for diddly-squat in a competent court of law. The Sidney Powells and Lin Woods and Rudy G's were long on sound bites and drama, but short on evidence. As i've said, sincerely and repeatedly, if they have credible evidence of fraud, for the good of our country they need to present it to the courts, but so far they haven't. If they've got it, the country needs to see it in a court of law, not at a Four Seasons Landscaping business or a hotel ballroom. Put it out there for a court of law to evaluate it. Otherwise, stop trying to throw out everyone's vote to substitute the political desires of a bunch of partisan legislators.

Before you ask, no, i am not going to research and list for you all the cases thrown out. i've read of them, including many of the court transcripts and orders, and am comfortable in how the judges of both parties, including many Trump nominees, reached their decisions.

Short sighted......right now, at this moment, the GOP here in GA are in court trying to make it harder for people to vote on January 5th. Early voting starts on Monday, the GOP in Cobb County has decided to reduce early voting locations in the county by 50%. Guess where those reductions are being made? The communities of color......The GOP have one AA Senator and how many Congressman?? Rinse and Repeat you say....

I agree with you in the fact that voters are shifting, more AA men voted for Trump than many thought, you were almost spot on at 11% but the AA female is usually more educated and much more consistent of a voter base. Where the GOP needs to be excessively concerned is with the consistent loss of educated white men and women in the suburbs......this changes the course for both parties....the suburbs delivered GA to Biden....

Finally, you talk about the progressive left like they have total control of the Dem. party......you continue to demonize AOC and her pals.....when the reality, the cold, hard, dead truth, is the GOP has totally handed over complete control to an unhinged madman and a small portion of uneducated and ignorant hacks.....

Biased? Yes, i am.

I grew up in a Republican household. For at least four generations back, my family has been Republican. My father served in the WV Legislature as a Republican. He and i both campaigned for numerous Republican state and local candidates during our time for such activities. I served in my county Republican party in several positions. Yes, i am biased toward traditional Republican values. That includes respect for the law and for the Constitution rather than blind loyalty to a sitting president. I am not a fan of Joe Biden, and shudder to think of a President Harris, but they won the vote, both popular vote and electoral vote. Aside from normal election shenanigans by both parties, no one has presented credible evidence of fraud. It's time to acknowledege that and work toward the next election.

Go research the individual cases and read the available transcripts and court orders. Or just close your eyes, put your hands over your ears, and chant, like Bobcat Goldthwaite in Police Academy, so you don't have the inconvenience of searching out or facing the truth. Ignore Sidney Powell et als., ignore Twitter feeds, ignore Parler, ignore mainstream media (CNN, FOX, MSNBC, OAN, etc.). Go read for yourself the damn Complaints filed by the folks claiming election fraud. Then read any available transcripts of what they actually said and presented in Court (not just selective snippets). Then read the Dismissal Orders written by those judges (from both sides of the aisle) throwing those cases out for absolute lack of evidence.

Then consider that Trump is attacking his hand-picked Attorney General William Barr, attacking Special Counsel John Durham, attacking his federal court judges that he appointed, attacking his U.S. Supreme Court Justices that he personally picked, and attacking numerous Republican officeholders all across the land, because they are not kneeling in fealty to him and throwing out the election. He is a power-drunk egomaniac and has become the classic definition of denial and paranoia, who cares less about fomenting unrest, mistrust, and eroding the pillars of our democracy than he cares about preserving his position of power.

I realize you will simply resort to an ad hominem attack upon me rather than researching the facts of the court cases. I'm done, though. The entertainment value of these discussions is now far outweighed by the destructive nature of what my political party is doing to my country.

Ad hominom attack? That is hilarious. Be a victim.

Instead I should just take your word for it. Sorry, no. If you have a fact to bring to the thread do it. If not dont expect people to take your word for it.

I havent questioned the winner of the election. I also think there are things worth investigation that our system refuses to address. Prove ne wrong.
