Not sure the debate brings anything than maybe entertainment value. I think most people have already made up their mind. One of them would have to absolutely dominate the other in order for the debate to have an impact on their vote - and even then I don't think people switch as much as the would just opt not to vote at all for their pre-debate favorite.
1) 6 more Brady documents were filed yesterday. We haven't seen those yet. Sullivan has no choice.
2) Kenosha is preparing for an information dump, police on guard, etc. Rittenhouse is being released, or the officers are, one of the two.
They are not going to charge the officers if I had to guess. It was a clean shoot per every cop I know and I know a ton of very experienced well trained cops.
When the DOJ tells Judge Sullivan, "If you deny this request, we are not prepared to try this case. The IG de-nutted all of our witnesses"... How can he do anything but confirm charges dropped?
Gleeson has rambled for 30 minutes, and not said anything. He's obviously used to listening to arguments, not giving them.
He tried, but he talked circles, kept repeating himself, and came out with a summary accusation he didn't even argue.
