Eagles really pissed it away with a terrible 3rd quarter.
Having the game end on a late flag thrown by a ref 20 yards away, only after he sees Mahomes pointing and complaining, is not a great look. But Philly played not to lose the whole second half. Gotta play 60 minutes, and they didn’t.
True.. but had the eagles had the ball with a little under 2 mins down three then I like their odds… only punted twice all game.
Possible, but I'd be surprised. Rumor is Bienemy is looking for other OC jobs in order to get out o f Reid's shadow.
Yeah I would have liked to have seen that ending instead of the one we got. But it’s not the refs’ fault the Eagles went into a cocoon after halftime. Played like they were up by 30 instead of 10. Can’t nurse a 10-point lead against Mahomes.
But it was the refs fault the game wasn’t settled on the field in the last two mins.
Plenty of things could make that happen sooner rather than later. Tub o Reid better not get the Rona.
Anyone still making fun of K.C. or Mahomes or his value or place in the league is telling me they aren't objective about certain things.
That’s why you can’t settle for a FG at the end of the first half and fail to convert on 3rd and 2. Against Mahomes, those are like turnovers.
Philly D needed to put their foot on the Chiefs throat at the start of the second half, but the Chiefs scored easily. It made for a game the rest of the way.
This is the stone cold truth. The Philly end of the first half was completely mismanaged. 15 seconds and a timeout from the 20-ish and you get a one yard completion and a field goal. That was huge.
I couldn’t believe they didn’t at least take one shot at the end zone. Ended the drive on a 2-yard checkdown that accomplished nothing.
Curling up and settling for a FG there was a sign of things to come.
And then they went 3 and out on three straight passes on their first possession of the 3Q.
Yep, very wrong. They split this year and you might want to review their records over the last few years, Boys have won 8 of the last 10 or something like that. but that doesn’t matter right now. Take that L and enjoy it.
You're right. Crackwagon has been stellar in the playoffs for the last 25 years.
Edit: Just wondering...did you neatly fold your girlfriend beater Zeke jersey and put it away, immediately after the season, and take out your Lakers jersey?

Defensive penalty was weak. I'd be upset if I was an Eagles fan instead of a fan of the other Pennsylvania team. Shouldn't call that at that point on the game.
Whatever I guess I had a good time at a Super Bowl party so all good for me lol. Was a good game just sorry it turned like that at the end. Wonder how much of Philly will get burned down tonight lol..
