Those Dave’s can get abusive. It fun to drop in some Da Bomb into another sauce and it’s more heat than flavor by itself. I make sauces at home, and I’ve experimented with carrot based habanero sauces, kombucha based sauces, and a crazy long lasting blueberry scorpion black pepper (Best on a smoked wing) - the low acidity of the blueberry and fresh ground pepper makes the burn go forever.
I like some spice, and everyone is different, but I've always wanted to taste my food, not feel it. Again, not knocking you. To each their own. I'd rather taste a spicey chicken wing than snort hot sauce.

I go back and forth! Sometimes I just go straight up Franks.

need more specifics on the cheese ball please...
I don't have the recipe handy, but it's made with cream cheese, onions, garlic, green peppers, pineapple, rolled in chopped pecans. Unlike any other cheeseball, but delicious. Served with a variety of crackers.

Dock Style Chicken Wings all drumsticks from Barleycorns. Wife gets Potato Skins, Chicken Strips and we both get Huge Pretzels with sauce. I’ll drink about 15 Bud Selects and the Wife will down numerous glasses of Wine. We will have great sex in the morning about 10am, and I’ll finish around 10:30am. Wife and I will be ready for game day, so we will shower together and that will last, until around 11:15am. I know, I know, long shower but didn’t want to mention the sex thing again. I’ll go get the food and the party is on.

I have lost it over time! I might try it again. I blended up the berries and stretched it with a little simple syrup, one scorpion pepper and really fine ground black pepper. A little apple cider vinegar for some tang. I steered clear of garlic and onions but it might be good. think I topped them with cut chives instead.

I make the Chili, my wife make the hoppin -John soup. Son-in law brings the wings. It depends on if my mooching *** brother and sister in law (who never bring anything) are there , if there not I get some ribs from Moon-lite barbeque and some jumbo shrimp

I make this same dip. The only difference is that I use Jimmy Dean Regular or Hot sausage depending on how much of a kick I want.
It‘s good stuff 😋
I’ve tried with several different types of sausage. Chorizo happens to be my favorite. It’s never wasted and always a major hit at any SB party.

I’ve been a Bucs fan for 20 years, how long you been cheering for Chiefs? 12 1/2 months?
Since 1990. Seen Marty ball, the death of D.T., the offense of Priest Holmes, the down years of 2005-2011, and the rise of the last 7 years. The Bucs will, indeed, be crying tears of sadness on Sunday. Go Chiefs (and Go Big Blue)!!!

Thaw at 120 for ten min, give them a very light oil (spray works well) very light flour (optional), a little old bay. Air fry at 350 for 25-30 min. Turn once or twice. So easy.

Might break out the real fry this year since we won’t be busy and we bought an oil thermometer. Maybe next year I’ll get a smoker.

EDIT: btw I recommend the Instant brand Vortex air fryer. Very consistent, large capacity.

I got the 5.8 Quart Cosori... love it... use it all the time!

I don’t care much about the Super Bowl, and a helluva lot less about the **** people habitually eat while watching it. Wings, chili, meatballs... repeat ad infinitum. 😖🙄

Kudos to HICATFAN for including sushi and poke on his menu. You’re probably breaking some kind of law, though 😂😂

Have not put any thought into it. I’m just going to be watching from home and no one else here likes sports so I’ll be watching it solo. Not going to put much effort into it, and my IBS has been acting up lately so that kinda limits my options. A strict low FODMAP diet can be pretty limiting. At least I can eat plain meats and season it how I want.
