Finished a pretty good brisket on the Traegar 575 yesterday, turned out great!!!!! Going to try some baby backs this evening, kind small racks so I am thinking 3.5 hours at 225. Wrapping with honey, brown sugar, and butter about 1.5 hours in with 45 minutes to glaze at the end. Beginning to like the Traegar over my more expensive and harder to use Backwoods and BGE, getting to be lazy. As far as drinking goes, not MaCallan 30 like yesterday’s thread, being a scotch man myself I am drinking Johnny Black. I do not feel too bad about mixing 12 year old with sprite, but seeing the 30 mixed hurt my heart. I mean no offense to the poster, we all have a certain way we like our drink.
