trump repeats his thoughts

trump get dumped on

The point of my post is that Fauci has been definitive on specific situations regarding attendance. When pressed on protest he went general. Why? Why the change? Fauci actually made it more political than it needed to be.

Once again your OP did not state “Fauci refuses to use the word protest”. It was that he refused to state that protest could cause widespread infections, which he clearly did many times.

@Trading Tiger accurately pointed out that he never actually used the word “protest” but instead chose the word “demonstration” in one of the articles. I didn’t realize there was a game to get Fauci to say “protest”. Undoubtedly, my refusal to watch 24-hour cable news must’ve left me ignorant of this situation. However, in the articles and in the video by Jim Jordan, he is clearly answering questions about the “protests” and unequivocally stating they are dangerous in the spread of CV19.

Maybe you guys should change the future talking point to “Fauci refuses to say the word protest” because that seems to be your biggest issue with him on this subject rather than he refuses to call “protests” dangerous in the spread of CV19.

Even Jim Jordan at the end of 5 minutes of playing games knew exactly what he he was saying and used it to further his agenda.

The beauty of our wonderful country. We can disagree and yet be cordial on a message board. I am a person that believes in being specific when dealing with such a terrible situation. The fact that Fauci refused to say the word protest seems telling to me (am I being petty? Probably) but he will use specifics when talking about other actions. Again Fauci claims to not be political yet his attitude and words send me a different message. Just like the debate between people calling things a protest or a riot. Why does it seem to be so hard to distinguish between those 2 for some people?

the reason jim jordan is trying to get fauci to actually say "protesting" is because the 5th graders on the other side of the aisle was picking and choosing which groups of assembly by american citizens were or were not dangerous.

some say any religious gathering of 50 or more people is illegal

ok thats fine

but when you get a permit to "protest" the limit should be 50 too

but they dont address "protesting" at all

they act like 5ht graders and turn their nose up and walk away

thats what pisses people off

because you cant have a fire without firewood

the protesting is allowing cover for the ANTIFA squads to destroy property

its just not right

and when you have a democrat refuse to acknowlege ANTIFA even exist

come one

study the rise of nazism in german from after ww1 til hitler

see any polarity in thought

In many instances semantics are very important and just may be so as it relates to Fauci and “protest”. I don’t know. I’ll keep paying attention to his actual words (or lack there of) if you guys will also pay closer attention to the message. Honestly, we are all being played as suckers to a certain degree in this ****** 2020 and that I hate, especially because it makes us “average” Americans more divisive.

I do appreciate the banter in this thread and that it stayed cordial. I don’t usually engage in back-and-forth on here because many times it derails quickly. Kudos to you and others for keeping this one civil.

Nothing is ever solved by name calling and screaming. I know very little in general and love hearing others thoughts. I try to learn something everyday. The name calling is brutal to our lives and we all need to stop. That street is a 2 way street as well. Appreciate your comments and I do agree with to an extent.

yea that was shocking

he was basically saying any group that is NOT PROTESTING is more likely to exposed to the virus.

maybe ANTIFA was the one who released the virus with china???

but if you really want to stop the spread-

wear gloves
Proof that you hear what you want to hear.

exactly

all fauci had to do was say that protesting is just as dangerous as going to church

thats all people wanted to hear
I was talking about you misquoting Fauci. The way these idiotic sycophants like Rand Paul and Jim Jordan have disrespected Fauci is shameful.

hence why he should not try to be political and just answer the question instead of trying to be politically correct

he is suppose to be the leading docter on viruses

and he is suppose to be honest and say protesting is dangerous just as dangerous as going to church

he refused

hence why everyone is pissed at him

its a shame a doctor with responsibility refuses to be non political

Um, Ole Anderson and Tully Blanchard say hello. They were the original four Horsemen. And that was pure entertainment on saturdays.
Old man Becker and skinny neck Weaver. Can’t remember which “bad guy” said that but it has stuck with me

He was testifying to lend his expertise and Jordan wanted to make it political. It's really quite simple. He didn't want to play the ******** political games that all the idiots in DC play ... both sides!

It is amazing to me that people are going after this man who has dedicated his life to trying to serve mankind in his area of expertise simply because he is trying to inform the public with facts that contradict a man that never relies on facts and who has dedicated his life to serving himself.
