so the entity I am subleasing my current studio from is losing her lease and moving to a smaller building with no space for us.
So I am looking for a new place. The majority of my time is spent working from home or shooting on location so I don't need great visibility, traffic or retail frontage. 100% of my studio clients are there by appointment only.
Therefore I need a place with an open floor plan to shoot in but it just needs to be findable - and not premium rent. Even an existing business with surpluses space could work.
Another option is this - I found a perfect place with plenty of room to shoot and work. The rent is a helluva deal but more than I want to bite off myself - so for that place I would like to partner up with another photographer or creative professional with similar needs.
Any leads either way here woud be hugely appreciated.
