I don't know how many people can fit in the Student section, but for argument's sake let's say the capacity is 1000 seats. In that case I'd say about 100-125 people were sitting in that section. It appeared to be at least 85% empty.

And not everyone in 108-110 was a student. Unless they’re very old for a student.
