First up I called this earlier so BOO YAH. But man I hate when these kid's parents talk s**t. His senior year???? [pfftt]........Come on man. Josh Jackson is a superstar basketball player. All that matters for him is what's best for him basketball wise. He's about to be a multi millionaire so like I say. It doesn't even matter if he cant read. I'm tired of everybody talking about the education part of this.
Bill Self would've kept Lebron at KU for 3-4 years.
Any word on a KU vs. UK matchup in Rupp next year? Not that I'm in a rush to see that group you guys have next year, but it would be good for College Hoops.
Kansas has to play at Rupp.. And if Kentucky gets the same home treatment KU got, Jackson or no Jackson, it will be silly. 15pt win. Kansas is not on the level of Kentucky next year.. And I really think they are being hyped right now. They took a step back, maybe more.

Well well, look at Kiimo mr dancy fancy pants living it up in Los Angeles. Prolly lives off Sunset strip, Rodeo and Malibu. I would even bet that since Kiimo is so rich that he may be supplying Self with "KU money" as booster expenses. In all seriousness, I can't bring myself to see how Josh Jackson is going to magically change the choke artist DNA of that program. That sort of transformation doesn't just happen overnight.
Look at this year as an example. KU entered as the tournament's #1 overall seed and couldn't even make it to the Final Four! I can't even remember the last time those choke artists made it to the Final Four, it's been so long.

Call it my untrained observation but early in the season a less structured program seems to click more than a structured program does until the structured program over-takes the less structured program with skill sets that match individual skills and melds them into team skills. jmuo
The good news in all this.. is that Duke will FINALLY have to play a decent opponent in the Champions Classic. I remember looking back since it started.. and this is completely by chance.. but Kentucky always had the hardest opponent that year, be it MSU, Duke or KU... yet Duke would somehow got whichever program was down.
This year they were about to get a paltry Kansas, while top3 programs MSU and Kentucky faced off.
2011 Kentucky: played Kansas, well ranked all season, makes it to title game.
2011 Duke: Played MSU, well off the mark from Kentucky or Kansas. Kansas was better all year despite being the #2 seed.
2012 Kentucky plays Duke: Kentucky was coming off of a title year and was our worst year under Cal. Easy pickings for Duke.
2013 Kentucky: MSU. One of the preseason favorites to win the title
2013 Duke: Kansas. Again, the 3rd team well off the mark from the other two.
2014 Kentucky: Kansas, Railed them, but was considered to be a great team. Ended up with eligibility issues.
2014 Duke: MSU. Duke again avoids Kentucky when we are at our best.
2015 Kentucky plays Duke. MSU and Kansas have the experience, Kentucky largely unknown. But all in all, a pretty even year, maybe the most amongst the four teams since inception.
Again, it was by total chance. Just the way things rolled out. But it's crazy that every year, Duke was able to dodge the juggernauts and that the lesser of 3 teams. Duke, not once had to play the best team of the three.

Here's a pro-tip for you... take a look at how guys like Neue and Dodger conduct themselves on a rival forum. They haven't been banned, are generally well-received, and don't have 2 posters who vouch for them simply because their avatar is a movie actor.
They don't show up to brag about their program, they enjoy talking about Kentucky basketball, they don't run and hide when their team loses, only to resurface when they win.
Do that and you won't get banned..

You have maybe 2 posters who have enjoyed your presence, while every thread you post in has quite a few at odds with your posting. You've consistently called other posters dumb and other names. You're remarks are snide. You're only here to defend Kansas and in quite a snarky fashion too. You never seem to talk about Kentucky.

I was here the day after Kansas lost. I didn't post much. There was wave an excitement on Rupp about Kansas losing that I didn't share. I didn't post anything the weekend that Kentucky lost. While I wasn't celebrating, I didn't have the sense of lost most had. No one wanted to see or hear from me on that day. I had over 700 post and over 100 LIKES. I will let the Posters here decide. The Moderators should count you as a NO.

a 7:1 ratio isn't anything to write home about, especially with the 10 other resident Kansas fans pumping each other as I have witnessed first hand.

They just want say all this BS to look good when everyone knows its just, well BS. I want to hear them be real. I for one and sick of all the Douche and Jaychoke fans. The Douche fans make long rambling posts, like they are in a damn courtroom in front of the jury making closing arguments. The Jaychoke fans just show up at predictable times when there is something that has gone their way, or not gone our way. One thing that didn't go their way this past season is that overall #1 seed.

KU fans tend to stick in threads made about KU. If you're sick of them you don't have to read threads about other schools.
Kimohawwk is a passive aggressive P**CK that takes satisfaction when UK fans turn on each other on his behalf, try to run him off, etc. There is NO WORSE personality than a passive-aggresive one and any fan from one of our rivals that hangs out here is passive-aggresvive no matter how they try to spin it.
