There wasn't a Luby's in Northpark that I can remember. You may be thinking of the Ruby Tuesdays. There is a Luby's on I-55 at Briarwood now. It's actually pretty good.

There was a Morrison's at Northpark but that probably closed more than 20 years ago. It was a cafeteria style setup like Lubys.
