That's awesome.
It's one thing to have "never worked harder" articles.
Not usual to see guys putting on 20 pounds of muscle when they already weigh 260.
He will be a beast.

So does Stille supplant Freedom at DE?
I think they will both be on the two deep with Carlos Davis and Deontre Thomas. I think Stille will be a kid that is tough to keep off the field. Led us in TFL and Sacks last year, despite not playing the first part of the season and being switched back and for the between DE and OLB. He has a bright future for sure.

Looks like NU will play both 3 and 4 man fronts. I would think NU will need at least 6 guys to play up front. The Davis twins can play inside in a 4 front and DE in a three. At present, it would seem the other 4 would be Mick, Deontre, Freedom and Stille.

Interesting, mix up 4 -3 and 3-4.

Next Grant Wistrom IMHO. Heart, talent and work ethic.
I watch Husker games at my cousins place a few times a year. He is even a bigger Husker fan than me I think, and literally named his first son Grant. We were watching a game last year and I told him to "watch this Stille kid". I said he reminded me of Grant Wistrom. As if on cue, a play or two later he crashed straight down the line on a running play and buried some poor RB. He ended the game with several TFL's. I really think he will be pretty good by the time he is done here.

Agree completely. Freedom is a 3-4 end or DT/SDE in a 4-3, IMO. Stille and the Davis Twin that can rush the QB are really the only capable guys who can get to the QB. Frost is probably trying to find a fit with personnel but making Stille a capable DE is the right call. He is our best rush lineman, and needs to be given every opportunity to get to the QB effectively.
