We've only won one SEC regular season and one SECT since 2017. So yea, it's better than what we're getting now.

I was referring to FF trips and results. They didn't start seeding a #1 overall until 2004 I believe. Not sure if Memphis was #1 overall in 2008 or not.

Top 3-4 programs don’t lose to multiple double digit seeds, including the first 16 seed upset, within a 5 year span. Bennett had one fluke title run helped out by questionable officiating late in the tournament. Hard pass on him.
