WVU is self funded while MVU is taking $10s of millions out of the state treasury to play in a pitiful conference. That cash is drying up. MVU can either deal with it or step back down to the old 1AA status.It's pretty simple, we get more state funds than WVU. A lot of schools get more state funding than we do. If we are talking about the state wasting money we can look at Holgs salary. The highest paid state employee with the least amount of ROI.

We would rather play a real schedule verses playing the sisters of the poor every weekend. Congrats on playing a couple of teams with a pulse this year. It will be ugly though.
