Without knowing much about him, I'd say that 45 catches for 727 yards (16 ypc) and eight TDs in 2019 is very interesting. Deep threat?

I see he had surgery in October. Let's hope 10 months of healing has him ready to go at the start of next season.

Deep threat? Yes, just watch the highlights.

Really nice start to the inbound transfer class. Very much a position of need, with Kyric and Malik outbound. Have to expect he will be a significant contributor next season.

Great to see. This is a real shot in the arm for our 2021 squad. Keep more good news coming.

He does truly look like he has good speed, good hands and runs good routes. Wonder how he would do with the jet sweeps in place of McGowan, I didn’t watch all the highlights but didn’t see him run one.

Looks like a huge get. Can't wait to see what Hunter can do with this weapon. Seems like also he's a grad transfer.

Man we need him! I hope he is fully recovered from his injury, whatever it was. JJ Jefferson seems to be in a similar boat, returning from an undisclosed injury. This pair would be a dynamic 1-2 punch that could spread the field and create space for Kirtz, etc. to do their thing.

Things I like about Robinson from the highlight video:
1. Top end speed. Don't recall him getting caught from behind on any of the plays in the video.
2. Ability to get separation. Has the quickness and moves to get open.
3. Good hands. Although highlight videos never include drops for WRs, it appears that he has good hands and technique - strives to get both hands on the ball.
4. Foot technique on the sideline. Demonstrates nice ability to get his feet down.

Thing that I'm unsure about:
1. All of the highlights are against Big 12 defenses, which as we know, is a bit of an oxymoron. :)
Seriously, Big 12 defenses have been almost universally porous compared to their Big Ten and SEC counterparts over the past several years. So it's difficult to say how well his performance will translate when facing the much tougher defenses that he will face next season in the Big Ten.

I am cautiously optimistic that he will prove to be a good addition to our team.

Is it really true he was under five feet tall when he graduated high school? That is just unreal.

Yeah, good point on the Big 12 defenses. Though the highlights certainly show some catches while blanketed by a CB, slants etc., so it's not as if he just ran out routes past everyone.
