Back on topic: That dude's easily the best shooter of all time. And I do mean "easily." Hell, I even think it's inarguable. At least that's my opinion.

How often can you say that about any athlete in any sport? That they are easily the best in some aspect of their chosen sport and it's really not even up for debate. Maybe Ali's jab. Maybe Henderson's ability to steal bases. Anything else?

Maybe if I were a jail/prison inmate who nicknamed him Stephanie, he might be hot. Otherwise, nah.

I want to hear from the people here who say he's only as good as he is because he plays with Klay.

Come on guys, let's hear it.

I heard he rolled his ankle badly a few nights ago. Is he out with injury or was he able to grit it out?

In the era of the three out save, I'll go with Mariano Rivera as the goat.

Larry Holmes jab was close. Henderson had wheels, I still have a autographed rookie.

Jordan’s Fadaway, Tigers Putter and Iron game. Phil’s chipping, Shaq in the paint, Bonds at bat in his steroid prime. Nolan Ryan’s fastball. Usain Bolt in the 100/200M. Phelps in the butterfly. Some off the top of my head.

Steph is the best player in the NBA right now; he deserves MVP. It's like he turned his sliders up to 95 on three-point shooting. This is the greatest offensive run of all time; other players may have had higher scoring runs, but not at this insanely efficient rate. It's not just his shooting, but his passing, his handles, his moving without the ball, his leadership, his effort..........

All around basketball player, yes. Shooter of the basketball, no.
And yet, Bird has two seasons of 50-40-90 and Steph has one. Steve Nash has 4. Steph is great, no doubt. Perhaps he is the best shooter of all time but to definitively say, without a doubt, the GOAT is hyperbole. And, in the clutch, Steph can't hold Bird's jock who was one of the greatest clutch shooters in NBA history.

I love Larry Legend, but it's silly to say Steph can't hold ANYONE'S jock when it comes to shooting anytime and anyplace.

He's the best 3 point shooter in the history of the game.

It's not hyperbole. The guy is going to make over 3000 3 point shots in his career and he's going to shoot around 44% from 3 point range for his career doing it. Absurd numbers.

Should've clarified. Larry the better all around player, Steph the better 3 point shooter/ft shooter.

Curry is AVERAGING 40 ppg and 7 threes per game over the past month. The volume, efficiency, and difficulty of his attempts easily make him the best shooter of all time. Dude has single-handedly altered the course of how basketball is played

Especially when you factor in where he hits those 3 pointers from. I think he may be an alien.
