Mike Tomlin has a ton of wins and almost as many head scratcher calls. Why go for the fake in that situation?
Tomlin took over a dream job. I'm not convinced he's a great coach, or just part of great organization. And that hurts to say being a ravens fan.
I’d say for sure that he’s part of a great organization. I don’t think he’s a terrible coach but nothing too special either.
Steelers fan here. I would say that Tomlin is an exceptional leader, but a poor game manager. And his teams consistently lose to the worst team on their season schedule. And to do that with a hall of fame QB and the talent they have is inexcusable. That said, the Steelers could certainly do worse. And since the Steelers stick with their coaches, there's no chance Tomlin will go anywhere. Only three head coaches in the last 50 years!I’d say for sure that he’s part of a great organization. I don’t think he’s a terrible coach but nothing too special either.
Bell makes my *** tired. I sincerely hope no NFL team picks him up--no loyalty, no class and 15 million a year is not enough? C'mon man--you ain't running General Motors-you're PLAYING a game.Tomlin got tossed under a bus by that dickhead known as LeVeon Bell who felt disrespected by the Steelers 15 million dollar offer for one seasons worth of work, in fact the whole team got run over by that Greyhound double decker. Bell accepts that offer, Tomlins job isn't even in question.

I'd agree that he's far from terrible. I'd argue that the only current HC that would fit the "special" category would be Belichick.
I think Tomlin at least qualifies as above average.
I am sure that most teams in the NFL would trade in their current HC for Tomlin.
NFL stats to consider:
-In a league where salary caps and draft rules are designed to keep each team competitive, Tomlin has never had a team finish below .500
-He is the forth most tenured coach in a league nicknamed the "Not For Long" league
-20 HCs have been hired since 2015. There are only 32 teams
-He holds the forth winningest record amongst current HCs with their current team. Sits only behind Belichick, the Rams and Bears coaches
-He has a winning or par record against every team he's played more than one game against except the Jets
-He has as a Super Bowl which matches or betters 10 of the current 32 teams

I think Tomlin may be a great "leader" but not a great coach...and im a Steelers fan.
He makes so many bad in game challenges, questionable play calls, head scratching personnel decisions as well.
