I don’t think he will be charged with anything unless the Oxford city attorney is completely unethical. Being creepy is not a crime. Neither is hanging out in a thong in the front yard.

Those girls should fee free to hang out in thongs in public (in fact, I encourage it), but they shouldn’t do so if it will bother them if people take an interest in it.

The guy should feel free to continue posting creepy stuff, but shouldn’t do so if he’s not ready to deal with blowback (although the two thongs don’t make a right text was gold).

Yes, Everyone should have the right to look foolish and be called out for it. Much like the SixPack.

Creepiness aside, if it were me, I’d probably consider shitcanning his dumbass just for recklessly pulling his phone out to take pictures of irrelevant ******** while I was a passenger in a car he was driving.

But even if I gave him a pass on that, I’d 100% **** can him for publicly dragging me into his shitstorm on social media without any sort of consent. So yeah, he exercised inexcusably poor judgment (in more than one instance) and creepy behavior to boot. No problem at all on my end with him getting canned.

He’s calling the girls out for being mostly naked in public. Did you not read his original post? He’s making fun of them for being douche bags. They’re begging for attention, yet he’s a creep for calling them out? Maybe they’re the creeps for showing the goods for any passer-by to see.

I guarantee you if he was laid out on his front lawn in a thong, and those girls took pictures and posted on social media mocking him, they’d be championed for calling him out, and he’d be a creep for exposing himself. The white male can’t win among the sensitive pussies of the world.

I'm a white guy doing fine; maybe your issue is that the world passes you by, and you refuse to keep up.

So are we saying your “ in public” while on private property visible from public right of way?

Do these girls not have a right to privacy on private property or at least not cyber bullied?

And further, I don't know why the tag “Boomer“ was used and not a label more suited for someone offended by the female body.?

Personally I celebrate the women’s decision and hope It encourages more.

I'm no legal expert, but . . .

These girls were "in public" because they were clearly and easily visible with the naked eye from the public street in front of the house. It doesn't matter that the front yard is "private property."

In the context of this situation (i.e., the girls being in the front yard and being easily viewable from the public street), these girls had no right to privacy in the context of preventing the picture from being taken. Taking the picture with the cell phone from the street in front of the house is neither criminal nor actionable.

That being said, I'm not real sure about the legal ramifications of the man's posting of the picture online and his comments. I don't know about that.

Is someone in their late 30s/early 40s a Boomer?

Or has 'boomer" come to mean someone older than a Millennial instead of a Baby Boomer these days?

Any adult male that refers to butts as "stinkers"

Should probably go ahead and be put in jail.

We were visiting friends at Lake Caroline and passed a house (zero lot line area) and saw a house that had privacy fenced in their front yard. Smart idea if you don't want kinky old guys driving by taking photos of your partially clad body.

If your are going to post pictures of 20 year old females on social media, don’t get pissy when people call you a creep. See how that works? He was seeking attention as well.

And if his boss fires him, it’s his own fault.
