I think the fair expectation for year 4 of GS was:

1) Bowl- check
2) Contend w the "big boys"- check
3) Not get blown out- and really if you watched UM or tOSU you know the game turned on one play

2 of the 3 pick 6s this year have been very fluky. The one against Wisconsin was an awful throw. However, all 3 significantly changed the outcome of the score.

Michigan game likely is a 1-2 score game without it.
Wisconsin game may have been a win, feel Ohio State May have been a close (3-5 point) loss.

I guess you could say it was a statistical victory, which makes this loss all the more frustrating.

We lost by 19 but the pick 6 was a 10-point swing, and their last TD was like an empty-net score after we pulled the goalie.

A winnable game that we were just not ready to win, yet.

The pick 6 was a big deal because RU (typically) left 8 points off with two FGs instead of TDs

Why can't Mongo run on goal or go for a crummy 3 yd pass instead of 185lb Dremel?
