That's talking about the Congressional investigation and not the DOJ Investigation into Actblue. As far as Comey, Brennan, and others there's a Grand Jury going on in South Florida. You should know that and how that works.
Congress can do an Investigation. They can make referrals for crimes. That doesn't mean the DOJ isn't already doing one too. They aren't going to be giving weekly updates though.

If you’re posting this as some sort of an I told you so, it’s falling far short of vindication. Indictments, big sweeping indictments are what’s required. Him saying “we’re investigating” means very little. It’s theater.
