Thanks for posting these each year Alumni. One that stands out each year is the 1600 and 3200 record in Class D by Juha Joutsenlahti from Orleans. Three reasons, it has withheld for 35 years, the school is no longer around, and the name. I see the name each year and wonder if it Juha was a foreign exchange student. After years of wondering I googled the name this afternoon and found the following wikipedia page.

Is this the same individual? Does anyone have information on the individual or story or two they can share? Just intriguing to me who this individual is/was and if the person in the links is the same person that was in tiny Orleans 35 years ago smoking everyone in the 1600 and 3200!

I can't say for sure that is the same man, but the Juha who ran for Orleans was a foreign exchange student from a Scandinavian country and the birth date seems to match with someone who was a senior in 1983. I remember watching him run the record time in the 3200.
