Hazel Haarberg of Kearney Catholic lowers her Class C and All-Class state record in the 100 meters from the 11.55 she ran a few weeks ago to 11.45 today in the finals of the Class C 100 meters at the state meet.
Abi Spargo of Dundy County-Stratton sets a new Class D state record in the 300 hurdles with a 43.23, breaking her old record of 43.85 she ran earlier this season
Shaydyn Rasby of Ogallala sets a new Class C state record with a time of 42.83 in the 300 hurdles, breaking the old record of 43.29 by Ashleigh Carr of Oakland-Craig in 2015.
Rasby now owns both the Class B and Class C state records.
Cael Johnson of Wakefield sets a new Class C state record in the 300 hurdles with a time of 37.93, breaking the old record of 37.99 set by Easton Fries of Chase County in 2024.
Dundy County-Stratton's sets a new Class D state record in the 4x400 relay with a time of 4:00.84 , breaking the old record of 4:03.27 set by Humphrey St. Francis in 2009.
