President Trump is going to give it in the House. I imagine Pelosi and her band of rabble rousers will sit out to 'protest' leaving the entire room filled with Trump supporters.

This. She can't stop it, Constitutionally. The resolution means nothing.

If he were to hold the SOTU in a half empty House chamber, it would look horrible for the Dems.

But hey... he should just open the government and hope Nancy will negotiate in good faith. Because after all, she's given him every reason to believe that she will be reasonable.

You honestly believe this? LMAO!
You would be surprised what people will believe. In another thread this moron thinks that kids dressed in all black for their blackout game is actually blackface. I mean people believe some stupid ****.

Constitutional scholar mod is my favorite mod.

And failing at Con law, apparantly. There is, of course, no constitutional mandate to deliver a live speech to congress.

If he thinks the right to call an extraordinary session means he can call them together to give a speech. It doesn't. They are already in session, so that's moot.

He can give a speech. He doesn't have the right to use the House chamber at his whim.
There is nothing special about the house chamber. If Nancy thinks there is she is a fool. He can have it at the white house. He can do it a thousand places.
