State Baseball Quarterfinals: King William 3 Buckingham 2

[kwhs95fan]

For the 2nd year in a row, KW goes to Buckingham for the state quarterfinals and pull out a win. Buckingham scored 2 in the 1st inning off KW ace Daniel Burton, but only got 2 more hits the rest of the way. Jack Longest had a double in the top of the 5th for KW to score the winning run. Great pitching by not only Burton, but Avery Schaeffer for Buckingham too. KW will play either John Battle or Dan River on Friday in Salem
