Assuming we will not see Cliff as most believe, do we have Myles start the game or wait a bit to see how the flow goes? Double the crap out of Garza and make them go for the perimeter shots. We should get a good idea of how the refs are going to call the game early and let the fouls go on the backups first if they are coming. Myles has to play the way he can to be able to stop Garza. We can't see a guy with a couple of early fouls just standing there afraid to get involved.

Do not start Myles. Garza is a smart player and I could see Johnson easily getting a stupid foul in the first three minutes, which could set the tone for the game.
I believe we don’t double Garza I would rather he make a 2 pointer than let there players make open 3 pointers
If we do double, bring it from conor. I'd like us to go to Myles early and see if we can get an early foul on Garza instead. Make him work on defense
I think you cant just play it straight up against Garza. You have to at least double on occasion and feign the help some as well. Make it difficult to figure out how youre going to play it.
Gotta make it as hard as possible. But asking Johnson to defend Garza 1 on 1 all game will result in Garza going for 30 and Johnson fouling out.
Agree with the need to attack Garza defensively early and often, but I hope we do it the same way an NBA team would in the playoffs. Let’s just put him through a million pick and rolls. Iowa is a bad rim defending team to start, let’s have him trying to move his feet with JY, Montez and Geo for 40 minuteS
