Starkville housing market

The Stville housing market has been pretty strong for the last few years. I’ve been thinking of purchasing property there for pleasure/investment but let’s just say I’m a little conservative. What’s this freak out going to do to the market there?

Hard to say until we know the length of disruption. If we’re talking about 6 weeks, I don’t think it’ll do much. If we’re talking about 6 months, it could really impact things.

Either way, if you’re wanting to buy around town - I would wait.

I don't think the market will change in the near future. The cost of money will though.
