At this point, I doubt that even Coach Cal knows the starting line up.

I don't see how this isn't the starting line-up,unless they decide to hold out Washington due to his surgery. Richards and Montgomery will play major minutes.I think some are selling Richards short especially early on.

We are going to line up and play some type of game in less than 10 days.I am surprised there isn't more info floating around.I expect a few tidbits to come out this week(you'd think we were talking about who the starting QB is going to be or some other tightly guarded secret.):scream:

Don't know about the Bahamas trip because Cal could keep someone out for a hangnail or equally mundane injury, but this is your starting lineup when the games matter.

IMO green/KJ/PJ/Travis are locks. So the question is what other guard starts? Hagans , Quickley or Herro? I am going with Quick but none of the would surprise me . Baker is the only one who would .

I don't know why we have so many threads on what the starting lineup will be. There's a very good chance we could have a different starting lineup each game. Have you seen our roster? We could platoon and STILL have McDonalds AA's that would be sitting.

Agree. It’s a versatile lineup. Quickley can then sub for the the 1 or 2 and EJ for the 4/5. He could actually sub in for the 3 and let Washington move down a spot. Lots of options.

Agree with most on here that I think Green, KJ, PJ, and Travis will almost certainly be locks. Not sure on the other one but it would be between Quickley/Hagans, imo. I do know one thing, I believe EJ will get starter minutes even if he comes off the bench.

Zero chance Green isn't the starting PG imo. He's a vet who averaged almost 10 mpg and shot almost 40 percent from 3.

Yeah, I can't see how he avoids doing something similar to a platoon. There's just too many great players. I love it.

2015 came out of the gate with that attitude, but then there were times when they got bored. Ole Miss had them on the ropes in Rupp in the first conference game.
I hope this team never gets bored.

He may be but I think experience will get the nod, at least early on while he’s figuring college out. I wouldn’t be surprised if he ended up starting later though.

How many muscle flexes will we have a game with PJ, Travis, and Johnson lol. That is alot of toughness to throw at teams and when you mix Hagans with them who many say is the toughest defender coming in the freshman class...We will be downright nasty.
