To me these two items jumped out as I read that study you posted @bornaneer :

Quote:
“the overall clinical consequences of COVID-19 are similar to those of severe seasonal influenza” [5], having a case fatality rate of approximately 0.1%" (that's one tenth of 1% of infected patients folks)

also this....
"In addition, data from hospitalized patients with COVID-19 and general public indicate that the majority of deaths were among older and chronically ill individuals, supporting the possibility that the virus may exacerbates existing conditions but rarely causes death by itself"

Anyone who reads the rest of your article can surely understand how ineffective these stupid masks are "protecting" us from something that is essentially harmless in terms of its potential overall fatality!

Yet keep in mind, we shut down an entire thriving, robust economy and caused massive financial hardships for millions over what was in essence a mild flu virus. Now we are altering our entire socio-economic protocols in a vain attempt to "inoculate" ourselves from ever being infected or facing genocide from this "killer" pathogen?

Then we call ourselves an "intelligent" species?

* edit...just also have to add this for those who are too lazy to read this excellent article:
quote: "The physical properties of medical and non-medical facemasks suggest that facemasks are ineffective to block viral particles due to their difference in scales"

So don't rely on just one stupid face mask to protect yourselves you lemmings....three probably work better than one, but none work better than your own immune system. 😏

I said it a while back. These masks, even the N95, aren't effective in protecting you from asbestos fibers. The COVID-19 virus is smaller than an asbestos fiber.

I was licensed by the state, as an asbestos inspector and management planner. 100% fact that ONLY an SCBA can protect you from asbestos fibers, because the fibers are so small.

Again, the COVID-19 virus is smaller.

Government is preying on ignorant Americans to push through its agenda(s)

“The data suggest that both medical and non-medical facemasks are ineffective to block human-to-human transmission of viral and infectious disease such SARS-CoV-2 and COVID-19, supporting against the usage of facemasks.”
