It’s 185 pounds. If you’re an adult and you’ve lifted for a year, you can probably bench 185. I’m guessing he was on the AAU lifting program back then though(i.e. zero work ethic whatsoever but roll that ball out and I’ll play some offense).

Yeah, I put up 195 in 10th grade and I prob weighed 150 or so. It's a little sad for a professional athlete.

You should see him now though.

Lebron excels in spite of his horrendous squatting form. His innate talent wins out.

There are tons of genetically gifted individuals that do things wrong but the less genetically gifted ones cannot afford to do it that way. They must actually work harder and do it correctly.
Do you think he spends hundreds of thousands of dollars per year on trainers, nutrition, etc to maintain his body, and somehow just pulled that squat technique off of some insta models workout page? Without being in the know, I'm assuming the way he's doing that is on purpose and not of his own choosing.

What does any of that have to do with whether he has good form or not? It's the same logic as defending crossfitters with terrible form. "They wouldn't be in such a good shape if what they were doing was wrong" is total ********.

No one should replicate what was shown in that video. He probably always squatted like ****.

Do any of you guys actually follow fitness/biomechanics or just football?

Is it possible that his coach told him to do squats this way this time for some reason? It sure didn't look that dangerous.

check out his right knee. If his trainer told him to do that, time to find a new trainer.

Most likely too heavy for him
