Couldn't tell a lot but I thought Sanfrisco Magee was the standout .... Hill ran well but was a disaster on pass protection...Gracen Harris and Kolin Wilson made some nice catches .... KT still has some accuracy issues, stared down receivers and didnt see open receivers because he made no progressions ...but made some good throws ...Swann was certainly a serviceable backup ...the defense wasnt able to show a lot but Arnett was animated and into every play...

I think we’re going to be decent next year. I’m excited to see Kamario and a respectable defense.
Thanks for the recap. I had a lot of optimism about KT throughout most of the year, but those last two games of the season honestly dampened a lot of it. It was hard to tell at times as to how much of the issue was the O line and how much was just him, but the entire offense just seemed completely out of sync more often than not during those two games.
My only real hope for this team is that Arnett's return is going to dramatically improve the defense because I don't feel like there's any real reason to believe that this offense should be much improved. Best case, it'll once again be middle of the pack in the SEC

I’m afraid everyone knows how talented we are. We just don’t want to admit it.
That’s what the geniuses wanted. They crap talked a 65% passer and heaped praises on Mr 50% because he could run. So that’s what we are going to get. A running QB that will be a one read guy. The 3rd and 4th options may as well pack up their bags next season.

The only intrigue that exists for 2026 MSU football is what type of offensive philosophy we will see from Arnett over the last 3 to 4 games of the season.
I think the goal next year is to win six games and get to a bowl. I don't see State breaking out of this for the foreseeable future. I'll be shocked if we win more than six anytime soon.
With our OL, every QB is a “one read guy”. Who has time to get to a 3rd or 4th option?

I’ll take 6-6 all day next year. We really should’ve had it last year. We were beating teams we shouldn’t have beaten but let some slip. Last several games were just depressing, though

Blake Shapen was a really good QB if we could have protected him. I like that we played Kamario late in the season, but the fans yelling all season at Shapen just don't understand enough about whats going on.
