Um, yeah. But that was a Friday night. They announced it as 3PM on Saturday earlier this year, but then at some point they moved it later to 5PM.

It's because PSU had their spring game at similar time, so to be on BTN we had to push back 2 hours

My bad, getting it confused with 2015 when it was held on a Friday night. Last year was like 7-7:15 or so. I know it was later because they decided not to do the signing after the game because it was so late.
